Thank you all for a great first couple of days and making us feel so welcome! 😁
We are now ready to tackle this next couple of days head on with a busy packed weekend at The Horse & Jockey.
What better way to watch the Germany 🇩🇪 match tomorrow than with an authentic Bratwurst or Currywurst from the motherland, let's watch England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 kick some butt (hopefully) on Saturday afternoon on the big screen in the beer garden and then why not finish your weekend off with a glass of something cold 🥂and some delicious loaded fries on Sunday afternoon. We're so thrilled to announce that our authentic German street food is coming to Wakefield!

We've teamed up with the lovely staff down at the Horse and Jockey in Altofts and will be serving there from early July!

We are coming to the end of our winter hibernation and are excited to be back for 2024 cooking our delicious German sausages for you 🌭

As we settle down to enjoy another Christmas with loved ones, we would like to thank each and every person that has supported us this year. From buying a Currywurst or pretzel, to helping out at events, to liking and sharing our posts, we really do appreciate it. 👍

Bit of a disapointing post Been to several collection points this morning and collected over 200 trees back and we dtill have atleast another 10 places to go !!!

Overall we made just over 1000 trees and we still have atleast 650 left

Im going to be up at the gaping goose from 3-4.30 tonight lets try get rid of as many as we can tonight

All our funds go to buying less fortunate children christmas presents 🎁🎁

Got a few real trees left too £40 come pick any tree 🎄🎄🎄

Local Business Shout Out!

We had a cold, but awesome day with the Axe Range at the family run Whartons Wonderland Events who are smack in the middle of their very first, and incredibly organised Event, we spent a long time chatting with the family and we have some rather large plans in the works, so watch this space!

While we were there we met a fellow Leeds lad who is a purveyor of German sausages in the form of Just München and I can honestly say his menu is one of the best we’ve ever tasted from a street food truck!

Thankfully, we’re back there another 2 or 3 times with the axes before Christmas so if you come and see us, make sure you go and get some of his food, you won’t regret it!
