That’s right - Volume 1 of “Pop Off!” Is here and we will be honouring q***r icon and pop legend in the making CHAPPELL ROAN! 🧚🤩💕

Chappell released her debut album “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess” in 2023 and in 2024, she has blown up and taken the world by storm!

With hits like Pink Pony Club, HOT TO GO!, Femininomenom and more, she’s cemented herself as a budding pop icon, so come get your q***r life and let’s kick off Pop Off! in the campest way possible 🐴💕🪩

We will be performing the album in its entirety throughout the night, playing some games, and finishing with a couple of hours of DJ playing Chappell and similar artists! LET’S HAVE A POP PARTY!

Dressing as Chappell or emulating the album in some way is HEAVILY encouraged. We may even have a prize for our fave 🤫

She is definitely a more recent diva, but like the rest of the world I have been obsessed with her! She’s bringing camp back to music, and is literally a drag queen herself ❤️‍🔥 the Missouri princess is actually doing a UK tour but only doing one northern date in Manchester! Obviously this is so sold out, so we thought we’d throw our own celebration of her on the same date 🪩 so if like me you missed out on tickets, come get the next best thing with us on 13/9/24 💕💕💕

Then our new show is the one for you! “Pop Off!” Is a celebration of the most iconic pop albums in history, whether it’s from the 70s or 2023 ❤️‍🔥

Each show will be a cabaret/club night centred around one specific album, with the album being performed in its entirety by a variety of drag performers 🥹💽💕

There’ll be drag, DJs, music from similar artists, games! Fancy dress is encouraged!

FIRST ALBUM ANNOUNCED SUNDAY - along with an open casting call if you’d like to be involved 🤩

This show has been in my notes app for literally 2 years and is a love letter to all the iconic women and albums that raised me 💕💕💕 I hope to see lots of you there!

LORRA LORRA LAUGHS: VOLUME 2!!!

These 4 icons went through a date change, followed by two cast members dropping out, and still turned out an incredible comedy show!

Big love to Thistle Thing and Heather Regions who made their stand up debut and killed it 🫶 and to Sherman Rabbit for bringing a vibe so different and unique and so FUNNY!! And to ar Sue Pertrouper for putting it all together ❤️

Absolutely loving doing these comedy nights at Hifi - we will be announcing 2 NEW DATES in may and July very soon so keep your eyes peeled 👀 with different casts!!!

We have rescheduled “Lorra Lorra Laughs” due to unforeseen circumstances!

Our new date is Friday 8th March and all tickets are still valid - so hang onto them and come support our drag comedians next month!

Our cast will also be staying exactly the same 🙂

And who is on the chopping block?! NEXT UP - we have Ruby Delong! Ruby is an iconic performer on the Leeds scene and is known for her slick tongue and SHADY personality 🔪

Ruby got her start at Viaduct, performing as part of the vixens, and has quickly made a name for herself as a powerhouse performer and an amazing host 🎤 as well as performing around the city, she competed in and came second at Drag Idol 2023! She’s also the brains behind the fabulous drag events as Leeds Uni, performing at Leeds Ball and producing her own themed cabarets for the students of Leeds 🫶

And she doesn’t stop there! She’s producing her own one-woman show, due to debut in February in Barrow! She’s a comedy queen, and will be bringing her viper tongue to our stage at Lorra Lorra Laughs! ❤️❤️❤️

Heather uses her platform as a q***r woman to amplify the voices of those underrepresented in the drag scene, and opens an important dialogues around important q***r issues 🙌🏻

But that’s all out the window as she prepares to roast her drag contemporaries for filth, and tries her hand at stand up comedy! 😱 Heather is quick, dirty and smart so you know she will not hold back!
