FAC51 The Haçienda returns to Leeds with Soak Events for a very special bank holiday all-day event - this time under our roof at TESTBED.

On Sunday, 4th May, in association with they bring legendary (Live), alongside heavyweights , and with Haçienda and Leeds residents completing the lineup, including who headlined the very first TESTBED Test party

What a night last night was 👀

- definitely one for the memory box!

We just want to say that we didn’t get tagged any hardly any pics or videos lastnight and that is so good 👌

It might seem counterintuitive for us to not want you tag us in, as we all know that’s how businesses do a large part of their marketing but for us it shows us that you’re sticking to the no phones on the dancefloor rule 🙌 We hope if you loved your night you’ll tell your friends in person and of course come along to events in the future!

We also didn’t take any photos so here’s a from the set up yesterday from a view that you don’t often get to see - we’re back in and gearing up for another big one with today - what a weekend!

Grab your favourite pals or your random new dance floor friend and physically capture the memories👌

The perfect accompaniment to a standard household shelf

The photo booth will be operation at all public events but also can be hired as part of our private hires 🎉

From where we were, to where we are 🙌

TESTBED is large, but we’re a small family run venue, (there’s literally just 3 TESTBED employees, inc the 2 founders) some times you can get a bit sidetracked in the day to day running of a business and forget just how far you’ve come.

Coming alive in iterations is a smart way to go in the long run- you test, trial, change and adapt but for a team with big dreams of huge experience output, we can sometimes get a bit frustrated on the long journey ☺️

We were just reminding ourselves in the office of what the space was not so long ago and so we thought we would highlight them here too 👆

As part of our 1.3 launch, we recently had a full venue setup photoshoot.

A whole range of suppliers got involved to showcase the layout/decor possibilities of TESTBED. Formal dining settings, theatre-style layouts, cabaret tables, and banqueting setups.

The whole experience helped us to not only see what was possible in the space in these layouts but also what could be possible, and it’s so much more than just pictured here. Our space really is perfect for so many gatherings with a multi-use function.

We wanted to give a big thanks and a shout-out to all those involved:

We've now got drapes, we've got more power, we've got non non-rattling roller shutters, and we've got BARS! 🍺🍺
