With no right or wrong way to move, we can be as creative as we want according to how we feel.

I like to teach for all levels and if you want to push yourself a little you can if you don’t then you don’t.

*Important Announcement*

With a heavy heart it brings me great sadness to announce the Healthy mind, body and soul event on Monday 31st May 21 at Potternewton Park has been *_cancelled_*.

Thank you to everyone that booked tickets and those who were supporting the event. The health and safety of the community is paramount and to ensure everyone’s protection this is the right decision.

Due to the new Indian variant of Covid-19 we have been advised by Leeds City Council and environmental control to cancel. This is out of our control and we do hope that the situation in the UK improves so we can hold the event in the near future.

However we would love to showcase the Healthy body, mind and soul event this year and have decided to go virtual. Keep an eye on our social media page for updates.
