The next Films@Heart screening is not to be missed! Ida Lupino’s The Hitch-Hiker is a thrilling 1553 American Noir - the first one to be directed by a woman!

Wow!! after trawling through the archives, our boffins have stumbled across a real piece of history: the original Heart On Board trailer from 1979!
Donald Brooks brought the runaway sensation which became Heart on Board over from across the pond in the late 70s, and after his retirement in the early 2000s, his son Fenner has made it his personal mission to restore his father's life's work.
Statement from @fennerbs: "Well when my father came to this country in the 70s, he had a dream, to unite the hearts of West Yorkshire with the fusion of board games and music, which at that time had never been done of course. And now after all these years, his humble yet brave legacy will be continued, and no less on his favourite day of the month: the last Saturday"
We hope to see you there this Saturday, come one, come all, cause here at Heart on Board: Everyone's a winner.
