This Thursday is El Cabaret Secreto at Qubana. If you’ve not been before it’s a fantastic night of magic and entertainment in a 200 year old secret converted bank vault in the heart of Wakefield.

This month stars the incredible Kay Dyson and Kev Mark as our special guest with me attempting to hold it all together. The show starts at 19:30 prompt and if you’ve eat in the restaurant upstairs before the show you get 25% off your food and drinks all night, just call them on 01924 299000 to book and let them know you’re coming to the show.

My warm up act tonight at The Ash Tree Inn was a full on air show, first for me at a wedding. It’s been a long day delivering a talk on motivation and 4 Resilience Tricks workshops for Learning Tricks at Prince Albert High School in Birmingham but loads of fun and well worth the 15 hour shift 😃

I got some lovely images and feedback sent and posted about my appearances along with my family show and my kids show, The Magic Matt Show at Ilkley Food & Drink Festival this weekend.

I love the food festivals, I get to perform my kids show as my first show of the day then my family shows with more technical magic and a bit of danger like juggling knives and fire for shows 2 & 3. On top of this I get to perform alongside some of the best in the business.

From August the family shows will have some even more dangerous stunts in them I’m putting the final finishing touches to 😬
