Introducing our new event, Open Mic Night 🎤

This event with be every 1st Sunday of the month, with the first on on Sunday 5th March and it will be 5.30pm-8pm.

We will have a local music company Assembly Point coming in to host the evening. We’d love for our members and also the local community to come along. And to add, it’s free entry!!

If you know anyone with musical talent, or you yourself has talent, please feel free for come along and perform for our Open Mic Night!

2) Stick to a sleep schedule - Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, this reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle.
3) Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Avoid going to bed hungry or overfull and avoid caffeine later in the day.
4) Create a restful environment in your bedroom, this means making your space cool, dark, and quiet.
5) Limit daytime naps to no more than 30 minutes!
6) Manage your worries with stress management such as mindfulness, meditation, or journaling before bed.
