🚠 aint no mountain high enough 🚠

Earlier this month we provided remote management for our wonderful client’s event in Chamonix where the group had 4 days “living the postcard life” staying at the Les Rives d’Argentière⛷.

Day 2 started by taking the AIGUILLE DU MIDI lift to the summit of Mont Blanc where they were transferred 2,000 metres across the border into Italy in a Panoramic gondola. Here they were met by experienced guides to take them on the Col du Géant Glacial Hike.
The request was for lunch with a view and we didn’t disappoint, booking a private dining experience at the Skyway restaurant nearly 3,500 metres up.

The group didn’t stop on day 3 and were offered a range of other activities including canyoning, a round of golf and visiting a tree park. Only breaking for lunch at La Ferme de Trois Ours and later enjoying dinner at Le Cap Horn.

🌊 This weeks been a bit of Sun, Sea, Family but still DO’ing what we love 🌊
It’s amazing being able to work remotely for the last week mixing business and pleasure from Greece. Our systems have made sure we have everything that we need, where we need it whether that’s by the pool, on the beach, or even on the stage of the mini disco 🕺
As we approach the summer holidays 🌞 we would like to wish all our amazing clients and trusted suppliers some fun in the sun and make sure you take time to relax and focus on the important things (like learning the moves to Veo Veo).
PS remember it help’s when you have that great venue finding service working for you whilst you apply the factor 30💦, well who wouldn’t want to come back to an amazing proposal waiting in their inbox.

🌈 ‘EURO VISION’ of the perfect event 🌈

We were pleased to support more than 800 delegates who attended the ECE 2024 congress in Stockholm last week providing ground support, offsite dinners, transfers and accomodation.

Our 12 points went to our good friends at 15Rocks who definitely know how to put on a good show.

🏆 Xero Awards UK 2024.... ‘ACCOUNT’ us in 🏆

On Wednesday night we received a special invite to attend the Xero Awards 2024 and even luckier to be able to take some special clients with us.

Congratulations to all the accountants, bookkeepers and app partners doing outstanding things in their field that won awards on the night. You definitely proved that accountants do really know how to party 🕺

The event was held at New Century Hall, Manchester’s newly revived venue wi so much musical heritage with 2 floors of unique event space.

The first floor is home to the legendary venue thats still got its original sprung dance floor, but now includes a disco ceiling and state of the art sound system. Whilst on the ground floor there’s resident independent food traders cooking up a storm (not the books) for the guests.

♦️♥️ We love to ‘DEAL’ with professionals ♠️♣️

Tuesday night was a chance for us to find out more about 10 luxury hotels in the catalogue. We were hosted at the The in Manchester and started the night with a personal showround by the lovely .

Afterwards we joined the group of other agents for a drinks and canapes reception and soon gambled all our (play) money away at casino tables. It’s safe to say we know more about venues than blackjack so made the most of our free time to network and getting all the details about the amazing hotels that were represented including:

🎉 OMG!! How are we 1 year old already?!  🎉

VenueDo Ltd opened for business ONE whole year ago today and what a journey it has been - from moments of self-doubt and feeling overwhelmed, to moments of strength, wins and success. But one thing I have never done is look back.

With the support of so many industry friends, suppliers and clients (literally cannot name you all!) I have made my dream become reality and I honestly cannot thank you all enough ❤️

Celebrating this HUGE milestone on is the perfect of timings! Let's inspire inclusion and continue to empower each other. Believe in yourself and push the boundaries.

We were asked by an amazing client if we had any promotional flyers for her to get into every company in her London office. Her exact words were "everyone should know about VenueDo," so how could we resist 😍😍.

We put our pen down from writing our sustainability pledge and got a load printed. In our defence, we also got a 🌳 planted.
