Okto’Bear’fest is in full swing at Den Engel. We have the amazing Fisherman Dice indie jazz band this Sunday from 1p.m. along with a special Oktoberfest menu from Tribe 44 - fusion street food and German beers on tap 🥨🇩🇪

Make sure to say hello to ‘Stanley Bear🐻’ when you come in. He’s really made the effort and is wearing full lederhosen!😆

Chole paneer - chickpea and paneer curry. A massive north Indian staple with an African twist.

Kasori with cassava - chunks of corn on the cob and cassava root in a mouthwatering tomato and coconut sauce served with maize meal dumplings

Kuku paka chicken - An African style chicken curry cooked with a rich coconut milk curry sauce served with fresh rotis. Perfect with a side of rice or an extra roti to lap up all the rich sauce.

Bringing back the Mutton Chapo - Mutton mince spice kebabs on a roti with salad with tribes raita drizzle!

But make sure you save space for the delightful cardamom and chai spiced sticky toffee!!
