Tomorrow is flower shop Friday 🦋🐝🫧🌷
… pretty much my favourite day of the week.

I absolutely adore Shepshed on Fridays, the market is outside our shop, the hustle and bustle, we have some amazing regulars, the coffee cabin is booming and it’s just a glorious place to be.

Come and join us for a drink and treat yourself or a loved one to a small bunch for the weekend ☕️🌼

Mothering Sunday - March 30th 🩷

Here’s what you need to know
🌼 pre orders are open! Just drop us a message, give us a call or email and we will book you in. Hand ties starting from £20 and boxes from £40.
🦋 opening hours will be posted over the next few days, but both shops will be open 9-4 on Saturday 29th & for a few hours on Mothering Sunday.
🌷bouquets can be made special for your loved one, or just leave it in our hands and we will create something amazing for you - this is called florist choice.
🍋 both shops are starting to be stocked up, with new vases & gifts if you want an early pressie or just a treat. I’ll show you some sneak peeks soon.
🐝 a workshop will be released for a spring workshop, so keep your eyes out.
🫧over Mother’s Day weekend, we will have grab and go bunches starting from £10.

Today marks 5 years of Jez & I being Roo’s parents 🐶✨🫶🏻

Let’s be real, Roo is the most valued member of The Flower Lady team… (Sorry Lo, Carrol, Charlotte & Lisa, but I know you’ll all agree).

I know a lot of you come to see us in the hope that he’s in the shop. Roo is with me pretty much every day and he is the best flower companion any girl could wish for and he lives for all the fuss and treats you bring for him!

Roo loves joining you on the sofa during wedding consultations, sitting on your feet while you enjoy a coffee at Shepshed, watching the world go by at the shop door of Ashby and pretty much everything in between, he is the most fussed dog in the world 🌍

Thank you for making him the most pampered pooch, he’s the luckiest boy and as are we, to be blessed with such a loving, sleepy, stick loving dog 🐕

I know I’m biased but he’s the best dog a girl could ask for!

Life has been happening recently and I haven’t posted in what feels like ages… actually only 6 days but it feels like ages, so here’s a little updated, both business and personal.

Had a wonderful workshop with the gorgeous
Loads of wedding consultations, Roos not complaining curling up on the sofa 🛋️
Loads of beautiful spring flowers 🌷

And we’ve moved house, which means we’ve been busy painting our old house ready for a lovely new couple to move into.

Galentines Workshop Announcement 📣

🌹 & 🌹

Abi & I have created the perfect evening to share with your girls/ galentines. Honestly gang, this is my idea of a perfect night out!

The workshop is being held at The Flower Lady Shepshed, come alone or as a group. The ticket price is £60 pp.

You will begin the workshop learning how to create a jar flower arrangement, with a mix of seasonal flowers. Once you have a beautiful arrangement. Abi from Draw My Door will teach you how to illustrate your floral creation with watercolours. You will take a jar of flowers and a personal piece of art to take home.
