Important Fresh Festival 2024 Info – PLEASE READ...

► If you have purchased a Fresh Festival Wristband, you must exchange your e-ticket for your Wristband. You need to do this at O2 Academy Leicester Box Office for your Fresh Festival 2024 Wristband and your Freshers Bar Crawl T-Shirt. Collection is TODAY (Sunday) from O2 Academy Box Office (this is located on the side of the Students’ Union Building). This is the main collection slot and is open until 3pm, so please collect during this time if at all possible. You must do this in person, as we have to put the wristband on your wrist when you collect. Pleasemake sure you have your e-ticket with the QR code on it to be scanned.

► Individual Tickets for certain Fresh Festival events, including The Freshers’ Welcome Party, are on sale from the Rockstar Promotions app or www.rockstarpromotions.co.uk

► Individual Freshers’ Bar Crawl T-Shirts are NOW available from the Rockstar Promotions app or at www.rockstarpromotions.co.uk They are £10, and are also available from The Rockstar Promotions stall in the Students Union (located in the SU Square) on Monday 23rd & Tues 24th Sept. These will sell out so if you want to guarantee your place on this legendary event get your t-shirt early! If you have purchased a wristband your t-shirt is included and you collect with your wristband.

► All Fresh Festival events are 18+ events and you will need to show valid proof of age ID (passport, EU driving license or approved pass card (www.pass-scheme.org.uk)) to gain entry to the events so please ensure you have it with you! We have been getting a lot of questions about the ID required to get in to Fresh Festival Events. Normally we will require you to be able to present BOTH proof of age ID and Student ID. So please ensure you collect your Student ID as soon as possible.

► Also we provide free bus transport from Oadby Student Village for wristband holders to several of our freshers events (as well as from City Halls for some events that are in the city centre). So for example tonight there will be free bus transport from Oadby Student Village to the O2 Academy for the Freshers Welcome Party. These buses will start at 9.45pm. To keep up to date with times please follow our social media accounts.
