The last 15 months have been amazing. We've in-sourced our housekeeping team, over 700 people and counting, while supercharging our hotel cleanliness and boosting employee engagement. ๐งผ๐

It's a pleasure to announce our new charity partnership - picked by our employees - with Mind and SAMH the leading mental health charities in England, Scotland and Wales. ๐
These incredible organisations work to support individuals experiencing mental health problems:
โข offering crucial services and resources such as supported housing, helplines, employment schemes and counselling
โข campaigning for better services and rights for people with people experiencing a mental health problem
โข policy work representing providers, professionals and people who use mental health services
Our goal? To raise ยฃ100k over the next two years through a series of fundraising activities in our hotels and central office. Stay tuned for our first company-wide event for World Mental Health Day on October 10th. ๐
