I’m super excited to share that the newest edition of Pukaar Magazine has a three page spread on my day in a life of a wedding planner at John Lewis.

It was a truly inspiring day learning about the various departments I can refer my couples to at one of my favourite stores - John Lewis. The One Stop shop is not just great for wedding related merchandise, but couples who maybe buying a new home, needing blinds and maybe some interior design, maybe brides needing a perfume for their big day, and maybe grooms who need a fashion designer to help dress him.

On one of the warmest days of the year, Mini and Manj celebrated their wedding with a celebrant ceremony conducted by myself.
Not only did I have the pleasure of designing, planning and delivering Mini and Manj’s wedding celebrations with help and inspiration from Mini and our friends, but I had the honour of bringing two beautiful souls together by hosting their celebrant ceremony.
As one of Mini’s closest friends it was an absolute honour for me to combine both Hindu and Sikh transitions that were meaningful to them to make it a spiritual and personal ceremony for the lovely couple.

Mini’s celebration commenced from the minute she decided she was going to marry Manj. The girl knew exactly what she wanted for each of her functions and who she was going to invite. From small intimate pizza parties with friends to spa day’s Mini was centre of attention when friends got together for a night out.
Mini’s mehndi night was no exception, with a beautiful array of mendhi deco with great music and food, mini’s mendi celebrations was an honour to help her plan, design, host and deliver.
Can’t believe it’s already been six months since she tied the knot.

Sometimes we can create that ‘destination wedding’ feeling and create beautiful outdoor weddings in the UK too.

When planning for an outdoor wedding, we need to ensure we always have plans to take the whole wedding indoors incase the weather takes a turn.

Another beautiful wedding we had the pleasure of executing. So many couples contacted us to ask me if I was somewhere in Italy, but the answer is NO, this wedding, was delivered in Leeds at the beautiful Hazelwood Castle.

The amazing castle was used as a backdrop when our deco company erected the mandap on the bridge outside the of the courtyard of the beautiful castle.

It was great to work with some of the most amazing suppliers across the country to execute the beautiful wedding and reception of Shannel and Kunnal.
