Requirements:

Age: Must be 18 years or older

Experience: Previous experience in a bar or similar setting is a must.

Customer Service: Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Work Ethic: A hardworking attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle difficult situations and customers with tact and professionalism.

Friendly: A friendly and welcoming demeanor to contribute to our inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining quality and consistency.
Handle cash transactions and maintain an organized cash register.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Assist in restocking and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
