Our booking system works this way;

You book your appointment on line or over the phone, it gets confirmed, you receive an e mail to confirm, you then receive an e mail two days before our appointment, followed by a text message reminding you.

How? Do you not phone to cancel if you can’t make it?

7 No Shows this week, it’s just rude! We’ve a waiting list at this time of year, we’re an incredibly busy boutique.

Advanced No Show authorisation deposits are on their way across the industry, mainly due to lack of basic manners and consideration of others.

Our next alternative is to name and shame!

Lack of consideration is costing small businesses.
