Last Sunday we had Louise and Chris Rogan serenade us in Music Centre Cafe Bar at Leigh Spinners Mill - it was a very hot evening with the fans on full blast so apologies for the slight background fan-caused hiss on the video.

It’s a beautiful morning here at Leigh Spinners Mill and our Gosling chicks are enjoying the sunshine with mum and dad ❤️☀️
I have known Cohen, George and Lewis of Granny's Attic for a long time and have seen them progress so much as musicians and performers over the years, they just seem to get better and better every time I see them. They look far too young to be in the middle of their 15th Anniversary (Grannyversary 😄) tour but they are. Over those 15 years they have gone from playing local gigs while still at school to becoming one of the most sought after acts on the British Folk scene. All 3 are fabulous musicians and they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and I am so pleased to be able to put them on here at Folk at the Mill. Come and join us this Sunday evening (5th May) in the Horrocks Gallery on Floor 4 of Leigh Spinners Mill for what I am sure will be a wonderful evening. Tickets are still available - buy in advance on the ticket link below for £14 or on the door CASH ONLY for £15.

Rowan Kettle - Someone So Loved
The wonderfully talented 19 year old Rowan Kettle finished his support set off with this on Sunday, he’s definitely someone to watch out for in the future. He will have his first album out in the New Year and we think the Kettle legacy is in very good hands. This is called ‘Someone So Loved’.
Here is our first video from last Sunday’s gig - Virginia singing ‘A Lighter Shade Of Blue’
