Sunday Roast Dinners: Roast Beef or Turkey with stuffing balls, Yorkshire Pudding, Roast & Mashed Potatoes, carrot & swede mashed with Lurpak, Cauliflower Cheese, Garden peas al served with our famous gravy. Afternoon Tea: Triangular sandwiches made up of Honey Roast Ham & Piccalilli , Cheddar Cheese & Branston Pickle, Egg Mayonnaise & watercress, Roast Beef & Red onion, Pork pie, Sausage Roll, Me
at & Potato Pasty, Chicken Goujon, Freshly made large Fruit Scone filled with Clotted Cream & Strawberry Jam. Individual Boxed Food Boxes: Turkey & Stuffing Barm Cake, Meat pie, Meat & Potato Pasty, Chicken Goujon, Duck Spring Roll, Pizza Slice, Mini cup cake & packet of crisps. We also do: Beef Lancashire Hot Pot with Crusty Bread & Red Cabbage, Beef Lasagna with Garlic Bread, Chicken in a white wine sauce served with rice and Garlic Bread, Mexican Chilli Beef served with rice and Nachos, Creamy Cajun Chicken Penne Pasta served with Garlic bread.

Yesterday we catered for a wedding reception at Morley Hall @ Astley, off the A580 East Lancashire Road, the Bride & Groom loved the food and wanted my to personal thank all the team for a first class service. Well done Team Lindley, and a special thank you to Anita, for all her hard work preparing and serving the meal, and not forgetting Vicki, even though she was on holiday organised all the staff to be on site, without her❤️😎

On a road trip to Scotland, call at Oban, after being to Glen Coe and Fort William, then fancied a curry at spice world on the sea front, now heading back to Loch Lomond which is another 2 hr drive, 620 hp under the bonnet should be a fun drive back down these roads🏎️

Please, in honor of someone who died or is fighting cancer or even had cancer, but was healed; copy and paste. Everyone says, "if you need anything, don't hesitate, I'll be there for you."
So going to do a challenge, I think less than half of my friends will put this on their wall. Just copy ( don't share ) I want to know who I can count on Once you're done write "done"

Hi Everyone,
We are moving after spending 17 years in GOLBORNE we are moving to Leigh and l am looking for a couple of strong people To
unload all the crockery and catering to my new shop in Leigh it about 3 loads like this one is in the shop but needs going to the first floor the other 2 will be on the van and needs unloading and taking to the first floor they are quite heavy l will pay £20 cash per person should only take 2 people 40 min need it doing tomorrow and poss need Friday for a few hours to empty the rest of the unit will pay £20/hr cash till empty, I just need labour I will drive, message me if you are interested?

I just want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to celebrate Cheryl’s life with us. She would have been overwhelmed at the amount of people who showed up to pay their respects and share their wonderful memories of her. She will never be forgotten as she will live on in each and every life she touched with her kindness. Until we meet again ❤️

With everything that has been going on over the past few weeks, I wanted to thank my amazing team, they have all been there for me! we have had Weddings, Christening's, funerals and Sportsman's dinners, I am so lucky to have these wonderful ladies, Cheryl would have been so proud of them all, can't thank them enough!💝

Today we catered for over 400, at King's leadership Academy in Warrington, they had tea & coffee with light refreshments in the morning, then over lunch we served, Chicken Tikka massala with rice, a vegan Sweet Thai Chilli, Jacket Potatoes with a selection of fillings.
I just wanted to say a Big thank you to all the team who did a fantastic job, serving everyone in 1 hour!

Here are some photos of the funeral we did on Tuesday at Grapenhall service mens club, they had a selection of Chicken tikka, Mexican Beef Chilli and our Beef Hot Pot, followed by a selection of Victoria sponge cakes, Chocolate fudge cake and a Lemon drizzel Cheesecake.

Today we have been setting up for tonight's Sportsman's Dinner @ Leigh Miners Rugby Club, it is to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Atherton Town Cricket Club, they are having a 3 course dinner for around 190 guests, we have to use screens at the top of the room to cook behind, as you find with a lot of these venues they only have a kitchen suitable for serving pie & peas!

Set up in 1990 Cheryl Lindley built a great reputation for delivering top quality food and a first class service, at the time Cheryl was the resident caterers at Leigh Masonic until 2015, the business grew from strength to strength mainly on the business lunches & the Weddings on average around 20 each year.
Lindley’s Catering have a 5 Star rated Food hygiene Rating from Wigan Council, in 2019 we were in the finals of the North West Wedding Caterer of the year.
