When you find out your first ever emsie-woo Saturday girl turned 20 yesterday and you had the perfect flowers to make her a beautiful bouquet to celebrate!

I love that I still get to celebrate Em even though she’s a big grown up doing her own thing now. I will forever be incredibly proud of the young woman I watched her growing into whilst I was lucky enough to work with her. She’ll be pleased to know her protege Bella is also amazing…must have had a good hand over hey 😘

This will sound a little strange but I thoroughly enjoyed creating this really personal tribute for today. It was honestly a joy. These flowers were for a gentleman who loved Christmas, would have laughed at the fact his funeral was on Friday the 13th and clearly radiated love to his family. The warmth I felt from his wife when she told me a snippet about him was infectious. I truly hope his flowers would have brought him happiness too.

I included Christmas foliages, classic reds and berries plus just a spattering of festive gold eucalyptus, I loved it!

It’s a truly rubbish time of year to loose a loved one so to embrace the season like this felt like a great way to celebrate someone who would have been enjoying all the festivities.

Much love to this family and thank you again for trusting me to help you a little bit with today.

A good red rose is a whole world apart from a skinny miserable petrol station red rose. And supermarkets don’t value their flowers which is why they under charge for them. Some of the big players have been scaling back on their floral offerings this year which is interesting because it shows that their margins or loss leader sales are beginning to cost them.

Hopefully that means more red roses for florists at happier prices but we shall see how it all unfolds.

Available to pre order now and they make rather a good gift for family members hosting you at Christmas. I’ve honestly never heard of anyone who was disappointed to receive a pretty arrangement like this.

Easy to replace the candle, long lasting and a good quality pot to fill with a yummy plant in the new year.

This order always signals a final furlong of my year as it marks the last sprint to Christmas Day and time with family and friends. I am loving getting you all festive too and the sense of pride I feel is immense.

🎁WREATHS ARE SOLD OUT🎁

What can I say, I’m still working through the last batch of wreaths going out this week and even next, but the order book is well and truly closed now.

The spruce has more than tripled in price from my suppliers so the decision was well and truly made for me once all mine had been allocated even if my little hands could have kept going.

All I can say is thank you so so much for your wreath orders this year! I know they’re a luxury and I’m chuffed to bits that only one of our wreaths will do for your door!

Last orders for wreaths need to be made this weekend please.

I’ve made almost 50 in the last 2 weeks and the spruce is now in scarce supply so the decision has had to be made to call time.

And it was such a good one:) loyal customers, new faces and a past bride in the mix made me one very happy florista!

The workshops have been so lovely and chilled this year. The smaller groups have allowed me to really guide you, the decorations were plentiful and the creations have been so wonderful to watch coming together. Every wreath is different because which is something I absolutely love to see. Thank you so much for choosing me for your workshop, it really means a lot ###

And let’s not forget the innuendos, do you love a big bushy one too? 😂😂😂

Well, when your youngest niece and best friend ask if they can learn to make wreaths you can’t say no can you?

Little do they know I’m actually just training them up to be my next Saturday girls if Bella goes to uni or something selfish like that in the future 😂😂

We had a lovely chilled time and they both did a fantastic job I think you’ll agree.
