Well my goodness me, my feet had barely touched the ground and it was a go go go kind of a day straight from the get go. Exciting workshops on the horizon, event fairs, spangly emails to keep you in the loop and bouquets bouquets bouquets to name a bit of today’s hi jinx.

I’m so sorry for the calls I missed, I’ve been everywhere today 😂 thank you for using the website to order instead and emailing your enquiries. Thank goodness for the digital age so we can still get stuff done even when we can’t get stuff done…if you know what I mean ###

Anyway, a few more bits to get done before I can call it a wrap this evening so I’m doing them with a cup of tea 🫖

You’re having a 💩 week but you’ve got a 💎 friend who wanted to make it a bit better.

They understood the assignment, read the info on the website and called us direct outside of our cut off time to see if we could squeeze in another drop this afternoon…and we could.

🥂 What a gorgeously rewarding day It’s been 🥂

From virtual co working this morning with Bekka at the that got me super focused to playing with beautiful roses all afternoon I’ve had a right jolly old time.

Bella’s doing her shift this afternoon like a little flower pixie so when I go in again tomorrow it’ll be like magic with everything clean, clear and in its place again too. It’s a winning day and I sincerely hope yours is too xx

First Saturday back at work in 2025 and I was lucky enough to get an order for this stunner!

Pictures of bouquets like this never show their true scale. This was one of our massive bouquets with so much ready to pop open to provide a stunning display of pinks, lilacs and white over the coming days. It’s going to get better and better as it blooms and the scent with the lilies and stocks will be immense!

Aaand she’s back in the room.

That’s right Budders, I’m ready and willing to flower your worlds again.

The flower auctions are all fully back up and running and I’m loving seeing a few pretty spring flowers making a tentative appearance from the Italian and Dutch growers too. I can’t wait to bring a little bit of colour and gentle blooms back to yours and my life.

Last delivery for Christmas to my mummy bud who helps me every year delivering Christmas arrangements far and wide.

I can’t take the credit thought, they were a surprise gift from her admirer, playing Cupid is another of my specialities hee hee.

Almost everything I have left is in this display minus a few bouquets and plants.

It would make my Christmas to see everything go to happy festive homes so I’m here today until 1pm and tomorrow from 9.30-11.30am.

I can deliver tomorrow (not today I’m afraid, sorry) or come down to pick up any of this lovely lot x

🎄the very last Christmas wreath of 2024🎄

Away it went and it was a big beauty full of natural decorations topped off with this gloriously big tartan bow.

I think it’s safe to say that bows are back in my world. It took nearly 15 years to get over the trauma of adding a multi looped ugly poly bow to every wreath that left the first shop I ever worked at but ya know, to each their own….its just that I much prefer minimal loops and fabric not plastic ribbons I guess.

Thank you so so much to every single one of you that has a Bits and Buds wreath on your door, whether that’s one I made for you or one from a workshop.

There are just shy of 100 Budders Christmas wreaths dotted around our Leighton buzzard streets, and 1 in Sheffield, and that makes me sooooo proud ###xx
