🦌REBEL REINDEER🦌

You didn’t think I’d have a day where I didn’t post a picture of another wreath did you? Meet the next one of our designs.

It’s another fairly traditional mix of decorations including a little wooden reindeer nestled in the pines. This one’s for the Budders who love dried fruit, pinecones and even nuts plus whole oranges on their wreaths. It also includes gorgeous glass baubles that catch the light in the sunshine.

This one is a massive version, almost 20 inches in diameter! Great for gated driveways!!!

Oh go on I’ll spoil you to another bouquet from today xx

These lily’s are going to burst open in a few days and this bouquet will magically be twice the size! I’m having a bit of a crush on Lily’s at the moment, they’re such a great flower!

Big impact large headed blooms, great colours, scented and long lasting.

I know they’re not for everyone but in my opinion they tick all the boxes and sit at a reasonable price point considering what you get.

I know I know I know, I’m barking on about Christmas wreaths ALOT! …and I’m not going to stop but have a piccie of one of our subscription bouquets to break it up a bit. They make pretty awesome gifts too btw.

Set up a subscription with a bouquet to gift on Christmas Day, how lovely would that be 🎄🌸

p.s you’d need a bouquet delivered or ready to collect on Christmas Eve Eve to do this. We can put them in water and you just need to keep them cool and safe until the 25th. I’ll be busy opening presents with my own family on Christmas Day so no deliveries 24th or 25th of December :)

There are a core of tartan lovers and celts who can only have a Christmas wreath that includes thistles and a tartan ribbon and I’m here for it!

These guys have been making their own wreaths for a good few years now, they were fab. Honestly they didn’t really need me at all…which is handy since I stabbed my thumb with a pair of secateurs earlier this afternoon and was trying not to use it too too much 😂

Really though, I had a lovely time catching up with them and seeing the gorgeous wreaths they produced with a little inspiration from one of my champagne shimmy wreaths on display at the shop 🥂

☃️WINTER WONDERLAND☃️

I’d say a snow today is definitely the right day to showcase another of our Christmas wreath collection!

This one is such a beauty, perfect for the white and green lovers out there with timeless style and navy, sage and black front doors!! (All other colours look perfectly awesome too)

These wreaths never look as gorgeous as they are in real life on the grid. It’s one of those designs that no sooner than I make one and put it on display it’s been snapped up and hung on a door within the hour ❄️

Big thanks to one of my repeat customers for letting me pap this beaut on her door to share with all you other Budders 😊

Oh and you should also know, this one’s another adorably tinkly one with silver jingle bells throughout! It’s a little bit magical.

😊GINGERBREAD JINGLE😊

I thought I should introduce you to all the Bits and Buds wreaths on the grid this coming week, one by one.

There are 8 designs to choose from and there’s something to suit everyone.

There are some really good names for them too, I’m very proud of them and I hope you love them too.

Meet Gingerbread Jingle, a traditional and natural little number packed with scented greens, oranges, cinnamon sticks and star anise PLUS little details of dried flower heads, little wooden shapes including gingerbread men and vintage buttons! Honestly vintage, like from the 50’s-80’s from a tin full I’ve been hoarding from my mum for years. It’s time they brought others some joy.

And let’s not forget the jingle part of the name as they also have gold jingle bells and glass baubles to add twinkle and a festive ti**le every time you open and close your door. Finished off with a big hessian bow.

Mmmmm, this flower stand mixed with all the beginnings of wreath season smells insane!

A flower shop during the festive season is worth a visit for that alone!!!

Loving these colours too, deep rich plums and rubies with soft blush and crisp whites.

It was cosy, it was cute and it was classy.

The first wreath workshop of the season was last night at the shop and everyone was a total joy to have and made really gorgeous wreaths 😍🎄

Can you believe it’s the first public, fully involved workshop I’ve actually held in here! When I took on the space it was always the plan and it was so lovely to welcome you in. It is snug, but the bonus to that is that every decoration imaginable is in arms reach…including glitter humming birds hanging from the ceiling 😂 swipe to enjoy more pics🎄

The shop is under Christmas construction and so too are some festively fabulous, yet totally applicable for the whole season bouquets.

I believe a Christmas bouquet should be tasteful and something you’d love to receive at any time of the year so I don’t stuff them full of bulky red chrysanthemums and carnations.

There’s nothing wrong with those flowers but I like to mix them up a bit with things like orchid heads and lisianthus to keep our signature soft and wild looking style.

I found this remembrance day harder than some. When will we learn to be United and not divided.

The little people like us are the ones to make it a kinder more understanding place, we are all the same really. There’s never a good reason for wars and loss of lives in conflict.

I remember them and think of all those caught up in horrific conflict today.
