EDC Doors Open Day at the hall today revealed the Architects Indicative Development Programme for the Hall. It has taken a long time to get to this stage and the Trust are invigorated with the design.

Drop in to Campsie Memorial Hall this Saturday (7 September) anytime between 10am-4pm to find out the latest about two Lennoxtown regeneration projects.
Along with the latest designs for the refurbishment of Campsie Memorial Hall, you can also view plans for the Lennoxtown Main Street Project.
Both projects – which reflect local priorities of the Lennoxtown Place Plan - are the result of consultation with the Lennoxtown community and stakeholders and are funded by the UK Government's Shared Prosperity Fund.
Please come along to view the plans. Council officers will be available from 11am-1pm to answer any questions.

EDC. MAIN STREET PROJECT - HERITAGE INTERPRETATION WORKSHOP

Agenda for the Heritage Interpretation Workshop event at Campsie Memorial Hall on Wed 7th August 7-9pm.

This will be facilitated by Iain and Ben from Ironside Farrar and aims to develop ideas for heritage features and creative ways to include as part of the improved streetscape of Lennoxtown Main Street.

Please note this in not a drop in so if you can make it for 7 that would be appreciated.

The graphic on the Agenda is from an apprentice project from the 70s, using Kali nails!

Commemorative flag in honour of the 80th Anniversay D-Day landings. Thank you to the history group & FOCHK for organising this and thank you to the men and women who sacrificed so much.
