When booking, there’s an extra box on the form in which you can add any additional information you’d like Santa to know before hand. This could be what’s on their list, or about their character. I.e shy.

𝔹𝕠𝕠𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 3 𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕝𝕕𝕣𝕖𝕟 children👨‍👦‍👦👩‍👧‍👧- if you have more than 3 children in your party, please book two consecutive time slots.
I.e: 3x child 2:10,
1x child 2:15.

𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕖𝕟𝕧𝕚𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 🎄- If you haven’t visited us before, our Grotto is a fully enclosed spacious room. Our Elf and Santa will be the only others in there with your party. The room is dimly lit with fairy lights and will have background festive music on.

ℙ𝕙𝕠𝕥𝕠 𝕆𝕡𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕟𝕚𝕥𝕚𝕖𝕤 📸- We are proud to have various backdrops and festive areas within our grotto for you take as many photos as you’d like with Santa and/or your family. Check out the one below for instance.
Our elves are more than happy to take any group photos for you too🧝‍♀️🧝

ℚ𝕦𝕖𝕦𝕖𝕚𝕟𝕘 🕰️- We ask all booked appointments to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their slot. This gives us enough time to get you booked in and stop any unnecessary queueing. No queues make for a better experience for all. Just head straight to The Sweet Fairy shop inside the Market, and present us with your name and your 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙡.

ℂ𝕙𝕚𝕝𝕕𝕣𝕖𝕟 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙 𝕒𝕕𝕕𝕚𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕝 𝕟𝕖𝕖𝕕𝕤 👦👧 - Please reach out to us either before or after booking with any adjustments you feel you may need to make your visit more comfortable.
