SOMEBODY ASK ME..
-Why spend so much money and time for your daughter to practice, gymnastics and compete so many times a year??
MY ANSWER WAS:
Well I have a confession to make, I don't pay for my daughter to train and practice gymnastics. You know what I'm paying?
I pay for my daughter to learn how to be disciplined.
I pay for my daughter to learn how to take care of her body and mind.
I pay for my daughter to learn how to work with others and be a good teammate. To develop your creativity.
I pay for my daughter to learn how to deal with disappointment when she doesn't get what she expected, and discover that the key is to work harder.
I pay for my daughter to learn how to achieve her goals.
I pay for my daughter to understand that it takes hours and hours of hard work and training to get results,and that success doesn't happen overnight.
I pay for the opportunity my daughter will have to make lifelong friendships.
I pay for my daughter to be in a gym and not in front of the TV.
I pay for those moments when my daughter comes back so tired she just wants to rest and she doesn't think or have time to wander or bad things.
I pay for all the teachings that this beautiful discipline gives you: "responsibility, dedication, commitment, self-confidence, coexistence, etc, etc. "".
I could go on, but to be short;
I do not pay for gymnastics classes, I pay for the opportunities that offer you this discipline to develop attributes and skills that will be very useful to you throughout your life and give you the opportunity to value life FOR WHAT I HAVE SEEN UNTIL TODAY... I THINK THIS IS MY BEST INVESTMENT.

We're a small, friendly, well established dance school, (a school that has been running for more than 75 years) teaching all rhythms of ballroom dancing to children aged 3 years and above. If you'd like to learn to dance and make new friends, why not join us at 10am on a Saturday morning, we're based at St Ambrose's Church Hall, Moss Lane, Leyland. No need to pre-book, just come along.
