BBQ for a Graduation Celebration . Cooked by Gary to perfection as always! Tender Sirloin, Piri Piri Chicken Skewers, Fresh Salmon, Haloumi with roasted vegetables, burgers and sausage with all the accompaniments. Despite the rain it went down a treat for this lovely bunch !

Beautiful Bilston Brook Wedding Barn , we catered there yesterday for a lovely couple who also married at the venue on a gorgeous sunny day !!
Canapés on arrival then a lovely laid back feel with Continental Charcuterie grazing boards followed by our lovely individual Real Desserts of Eton Mess, Honeycomb and butterscotch cheesecake , trio of choc torte .
