We are looking for a Farm worker/Stock person to join our amazing team.

Part time role initially with the possibility of full time hours.

Hours are flexible. Candidate must be willing to work weekends.

Must have farm experience, preferably with pigs in an outdoor system, although full training will be provided.

Duties include:
Animal Husbandry, Feeding, Bedding, Fencing and general farm maintenance. Must be able to work on their own initiative.

Must have full driving license and own transport.

Our online shop is now closed for orders.
All wholesale orders must be in today for dispatch tomorrow. We will not be processing any orders after tomorrow.

Christmas ham collections will be available on Thursday 21st Dec and Friday 22nd Dec 9am -4pm.

Our office and factory will close on Friday 22nd at 4pm and re-open on Monday 8th January.

That’s the Rathlin Sound Maritime Festival over for us this year. What a fantastic festival we had. Sold out on both days with our delicious hog roast.

We finished the weekend doing a cookery demo. Alastair cooked up a stunning dish of pan roasted sea bass with a chorizo, orzo risotto. It was very well received. Thanks to the lovely Wendy from Causeway Coast Foodie Tours for hosting the demos and all her lovely words about Corndale.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and bought some of our food this weekend. Was fantastic to be back in Ballycastle seafront with Naturally North Coast and Glens. We must do it more often!!

We had a fantastic first day in Ballycastle at the Rathlin Sound Maritime Festival today. 😃

We were overwhelmed by the response to our beautiful hog roast and loaded fries. I don’t think the queue stopped all day. 😅
Sold out by 3.30pm just shows how popular it was. 🙌

We are back at it again tomorrow 11am-5pm. Lots of delicious pork and seasoned fries. 💪

Come down and catch Alastair doing a cookery demo from 1pm as well. He is doing a beautiful fresh summer fish dish, showcasing some of our charcuterie. 👨‍🍳

A great day out ahead for all the family! 😍

We are serving up our delicious hog roast and loaded fries.

We are totally delighted to receive another 2 fantastic awards today. We picked up Gold for our Chorizo at the Scottish Retail Food and Drink Awards and we also won the Platinum Award for UK food producer. 🙌

A fantastic result in a market we are starting to make good tracks into. Thanks to all the organisers and judges. Unfortunately we couldn’t make the awards event as we were flat out making our MULTI charcuterie. 💪

Our Corndale ‘Nduja Ketchup also scooped silver at the awards. Well done to our friends over at En-Place Foods. Fantastic Products.

Great recognition for our hard working team. Well done Team Corndale. 😍
