Andrea’s New Years Eve hair.

I wasn’t really given any inspo for Andrea’s hair so we agreed that we’d just trust the process and see what we ended up with.

After chatting about all sorts and we waving and looping away, this was the outcome. I love it and it’s perfect for the dress that Andrea wore for her posh event.

Sometimes the prettiest styles are the unplanned ones x

Happy New Year 🥂

What a fabulous year of Weddings I’ve had the privilege to of been involved in. Thank you to all of my Brides, Bridal Parties, venues and friends in the business.

The highlight for me this year has been styling the hair of one of my best friends on her wedding day. Not only was I Lauren’s hair stylist for her and her bridal party, I was also her bridesmaid. What an honour to be asked to be both.

I am so lucky to get so many recommendations from previous brides, future brides and those that just follow my page. I am so grateful and wish I could personally thank you all. Please continue to support my little biz.

Next year I am slowing down a little on wedding hair styling, particularly on weekends. My beautiful family are growing up fast and need their mummy around more.

So this page may be a little quieter, I’m still here though and have weddings booked in for the next couple of years. So you’ll still be seeing lots more beautiful hair from me.

I’ve previously had the pleasure of styling Abi’s hair before when she was a bridesmaid for Claire’s mum. So it was lovely to see her again and create this style for her.

Like two of the other Bridesmaids Abi went for a curled style with a little pinned back, which looked really lovely. Especially with the cute slide at the back x

Kim was probably the first bridesmaid I’ve seen arrive in her dress at 8am on a wedding day! I loved the dedication.

Aoife’s gorgeous copper hair is so lush against the blue of her bridesmaid dress.

It curled like an absolute dream. As Aoife was first to get her hair done, I curled it nice and tight and we left it like that for a few hours.

Then a few minutes before I left I relaxed and
Separated the curls. A few loose twists back and that pearl slide, gives it such a beautiful finished look x

Ooh just look at that beautiful shot I managed to capture when it was just me, Claire, her mum and the photographer.

We were all having a moment just before i popped Claire’s veil in, before the reveal to her bridesmaids.

Last time i did Claire’s hair she was a Bridesmaid and this time she was the Bride!

Putting in the veil is just so special for me. After a lovely morning getting ready. Claire left all the mess behind and put her wedding dress on in the bridal suite.

It was so lovely and calm and I was so grateful to have that time with Claire and to have the first glimpse before her bridesmaids came up for the “reveal”

Aw as if I’ve left this little wild red head until last. Here’s Lottie, Lauren’s beautiful daughter and super cute flower girl.

Lottie was an absolute bar the whole morning and right up until she fell asleep on my shoulder at nearly midnight!

With fine wavy hair, I just added a few teeny curls to Lottie’s hair and she was flower girl ready for her Mummy.

Just look we that beautiful photo of Lottie, Isabella and their great nanny. Adorable 🤍
