Having to cancel a booking is never nice, we appreciate it can cause upset and a lot of disappointment, but we are also always upfront and honest about the possibility of bookings being cancelled during the winter months due to storms coming over.

We will always try our best to accommodate and work round dates and set up times during changing weather - we will be flexible and check weather updates regularly, if the wind threatens to cause any safety issues and we cannot go forward with the hire we will either, return your money, in full, no quibbles or rebook you in for another date, suitable for you.

The ONLY TIME we wouldn’t go ahead with any booking would be due to customer safety, we put safety first every time. Our Igloo’s are absolutely fine in rain & snow, just not high winds. 💨

I have been to some beautiful places but this has to be my favourite so far, the 18th century, Little Ponton Hall is absolutely stunning 🤩.

I have to admit being so in awe of this building & grounds being a huge history fan! I imagined the families that had occupied it over the years and the stories it could tell. The best part of my job is never knowing where you will go or who you will meet along the way, it makes it all worthwhile.

It’s being used personally by the lovely family to celebrate a surprise birthday! I hope they all enjoy it as much as I did putting it together. ❤️

It’s just as much fun for me watching someone else dress their Igloo, I absolutely LOVE handing over to the customer and being inspired by their style and creativity. Today Katie took the reins and enjoyed dressing the igloo with all of her own bits.

The basic igloo package is perfect for this as it offers all the essential elements required but at the same time remains a blank canvas, I’m always ao excited to see the finished version…what would you create? 👩‍🎨🎨
