Let’s make it personal 🤍

Using colours from their wedding day to personalised hand paint place names for each family member to take home as a keep sake. Our displays are about creating an experience, a forever memory.

DID YOU KNOW ? 💭

We only use the best quality balloons which are made from latex- not plastic !!

Latex balloons are made from a natural product derived from trees found on farms in equatorial regions.

The trees are “tapped” to release the liquid latex, so there is no need for the tree to be trimmed or chopped in anyway, and no risk of deforestation.

One tree can produce enough latex to last 40 years.

•As latex is a 100% natural product,
it is completely biodegradable,
which means it will break down
into a residue that is safe for the
environment.

•Latex balloons break down at the
same rate as other natural products,
such as oak leaves and wood
fibres. The time that they take to
biodegrade is however influenced by
the environment, so whether it is dry,
light, or dark for example.

Celebrating Mr and Mrs Lounds this weekend in Dragonfly at .

When Matt got in touch and wanted to surprise his Ellie I was really excited and wanted her to feel all those newly wed feels! I always feel honoured to be the one who adds to their experience at the already incredible barns. The colours Matt chose were the colours from their wedding day and they matched the barn absolutely perfectly. Easy going and putting the trust in me. I received some lovely messages from them both this weekend so I think I pulled it off !!

Table styling is becoming one of my favourite things and I can’t wait to experiment more and more with different designs. This is something I am desperate to add to my website , so watch this space over the coming weeks . I am hoping to add clarity to pricing and styles.

As some of you know I’m a mum to two boys a ten and eight year old. My time I have been told is very short with them through their younger years . I will try to get a work / life balance over the next six weeks. DecoRachel became what it is because of my amazing customers supporting my little family. My parents are kindly having them for a few days over the holidays as of course summer is one of my busier times.

POV Why it’s important to include Decor in your hen party budget.

• Dreamy aesthetics.

• Time- If you’ve ever tried to decorate yourself you’ll know it doesn’t take ‘five minutes’. We can have your decorations ready for your arrival, there will be no stress and no fuss!

• Yes decor isn’t cheap . That’s why it’s important to add it into your budget. Expect to pay at least £200- £300 plus for large displays. Calculate this into your costings when you consider booking any hen party.

•Memories- We all know lots of photos are taken at hen parties . The good and the bad … !! But they all need the perfect backdrop !!

• Decor is personal. The Bride can see how much hard work you’ve put in with all the organising. She can see why she chose you to stand by her side for such an important part of her life. Man or no man we can always rely on our girls!!

• Lastly because everyone who books with DecoRachel supports small. My boys get fed , although fed up with the creative mess… Their mum is smiling and doing exactly what she loves. So thank you!!

Sometimes maybe it’s not just me but in this industry you kind of loose your sparkle , I go through patches where I feel uninspired. I’ve been working on this over the last week to try regain why I’m here and why I enjoy this industry so much.

The sun is finally showing it’s face this last week and it’s getting me excited for all the hen parties I have booked in throughout July and August !!

I am hoping to have a few hours on here this afternoon . I have had a busy few days at setting up for another beautiful guests 30th birthday . Then the preparations start for Friday’s bookings at Ashlin and an amazing charity ball at The Hilton on Saturday in memory of my gorgeous friends Dad .

Keep scrolling to see the amazing banquet by . A roast dinner banquet served at a intimate wedding celebration is always going to be a people pleaser .

Always amazing cakes by , so delicate and beautiful . With cake pops which I know everyone will be fighting over 🤍.

Ceiling balloons are in the colour dusk cream with silver foil tassels attached. As the barns are so gorgeously spacious I always suggest at least 15x ceiling balloons with the best impact 30x ceiling balloons.
