My name is Rebecca l am an accomplished Chef who has had the pleasure of preparing and serving a wide variety of food to customers for over 20 years.I trained at Lincoln College obtaining a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel Catering & Institutional Management, later whilst working in the industry i returned to complete

my H.C.I.M.A. which i received an award of all round excellence. Whilst managing the Catering at Lincoln University i obtained her Licensee Certificate, BIIAB Level 2 , Intermediate Food Hygiene & HACCP training . During my Career i have developed a broad spectrum of experience catering for a hugely varied customer base from feeding Students 3 meals a day 7 days a week, silver service dinners, feeding the Queen at the Universities Official Opening, RAF Air show breakfasts ,Catering for the public at Lincoln Water carnival, members of parliament, celebrities, local digniatories. I am passionate about high quality food and believe in only providing the best. Through COOKING BUTLER i am now able to share my love of food with the Lincolnshire Community by providing SCRUMPTIOUS FOOD FOR ALL OCCASIONS!
