Next wedding to share is with Jake and Olivia who were married in July at Old Crown in Bawtry a venue I have shot at a few times now. Again, its always fantastic to shoot weddings on the strength of recommendations and this is my third wedding with Olivia’s family having photographed both her mums wedding and her sisters over the last few years.
Great to shoot an atmospheric cigar shot again, I do love these images.

I have not shot at one of my favourite venues Hall for a long time and then it was three Stubton weddings in a week. The first of which was with the very lovely Sophie and Elliot, there are so many great locations for beautiful photography at this venue with large windows that have amazing daylight to work with and of course the great view from the top of the water feature. Plenty more Stubton weddings coming up over the next few weeks too.

There is nothing better for me as a wedding photographer than shooting multiple weddings for a family, and this has happened for me a number of times. The most recent one with Hannah and James, I photographed Hannah’s dads wedding about 6 years ago and David, Hannah’s brother about 3 years ago. It would of course not be a Strawson wedding without a tractor.
Hannah and James where married Woodys Bar & Lakeview Restaurant in June, a great venue with lots of fantastic outdoor locations to shoot in.

Been a bit quite on social media recently due to huge volume of weddings I am shooting, but there have some fantastic ones to shoot over the past few weeks which I am very much looking forward to sharing.
First up is with Annie & Graeme a few weeks ago at Annie’s amazing family farm venue, a beautiful location with so many fantastic places to shoot, such an enjoyable wedding to photograph and I am so happy with these images and I just love the image of bride and groom laughing hilariously as their dog does what dogs do in the background.

Next wedding to share is from my new favourite venue, Irnham Hall Weddings, I have never shot here before but it really is a special venue and with Sir Jamie on hand to ensure the day runs smoothly you can’t go wrong. Amy and Jeremy were married here in early April, both looked amazing, a fantastic wedding to photograph.

It's always fantastic to get booked for a wedding on the strength of shooting previous weddings, so it was lovely to get booked for Natalie and Daniel's wedding in February after shooting Tony and Debbie Inhghams wedding last May, both at Van D***s Hotel in Chesterfield. Not the easiest of venues to work at as outdoor space is limited and there are not a huge amount of places to shoot indoors, but as a photographer I enjoy the challenges of shooting in venues such as these as it makes me work even harder to think creatively in order to produce beautiful photography.

Next wedding to share is the long awaited wedding of Jake and Jeneice at Harlaxton Manor in February, another wedding that should have taken place in 2020. I always love shooting at Harlaxton and I do not do it enough, it’s a beautiful venue with so many great locations for photography, I love the sunset images too.

Owen and Chrissie's wedding next from Dodmoor House in January. THeir wedding was originally planned for end of March 2020 and was the first of my weddings lost to Covid so it was great to finally get to shoot their wedding and what a fantastic day it was.
