The end of last week saw an unprecedented amount of funeral pieces to make.
Sadly 3 families Had to say goodbye to their loved ones.
Never easy especially when they are younger members of a family.

As a self employed florist I joined a few florist forums which keeps me up to date with any potential problems or new products etc.
One florist lady had posted a client she'd had felt home working florists weren't as good as a retail florist....
This prompted me to do a post.
So what is the difference?.....
Well nothing .....but do your homework.
Retail florists have some trained staff as in college trained and some trained on the job.
Does a college trained make a better florist than an on the job trained florist....no.
I've worked along side both and some college trained weren't up to standard some on the job had a natural talent.
Does a home worker have insurance ? ...I do.
Does a home worker have a website ? .... I do.
Does a home worker do deliveries?..... I do.
Does a home worker give good customer service?.... I do.
Does a home worker use the same wholesalers retail shops do?..... I do.
All in all there should be no difference however wether home or retail .....do your homework ,read reviews yes, but I would always say recommendations over reviews any day.
Does it bother you if you buy a wedding cake from a shop or home worker or an outfit, a painting a piece of furniture.
We all have value.

It has felt like ages since I've properly been on insta.....to say I quickly got back into the thick of it after Christmas ( that seems yonks away) is an understatement.
The 1st week in January saw the first of the years funeral tributes a family that had to face their first Christmas without their loved one 😭.
Always treasure the fact they chose me to make those special pieces.
