SCRATCH NIGHT IS BACK!

Following on the success of our first Asylum Developmental Scratch Night at the end of last year, we are very happy to launch applications for our second scratch night coming up on 16th April! If you're based in the East Midlands and have a creative idea you want to come and share in front of a friendly audience, apply today!

AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT - STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE

Our Autumn 2025 production will be A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and we are now welcoming submissions from Lincolnshire/East Midlands actors. All roles in the show are available and auditions will be held on 2nd, 4th and 6th March 2025.

NEW WRITING AT THE BLUE ROOM! Worlds at War is a phenomenal new dramatic comedy by talented local writer Daniel Blacow and will make its premiere at The Blue Room this May in a production supported by The Asylum Players Developmental.

Inspired by HG Wells' classic War of the Worlds, Daniel Blacow's new play is a funny, fresh take on the relationship comedy drama genre, guaranteeing a lot of laughs and a great night out of theatre from talented local actors.
