yesterday the The American Barn at Willow Farm hosted another Jane Lisa Martin - Intuitive afternoon retreat… kindly fundraising for Willow Farm Equine Assisted Therapy CIC 🙏 ❤️

A lovely afternoon retreat with nine gorgeous souls. We moved and journeyed with the music of musicals. And other songs as the inspiration came in.

It reminded me that the retreats are very different experiences for each person. Each is perfect in what shows up - be it for healing or for simple relaxation.

It was a little chilly (ah UK January) but blankets helped as did movement and a bit of laughter.

FREE line dancing tuition on the first Friday of the month every month at The American Barn at Willow Farm Fulbeck. NG32 3JA.

Gates open at 7pm for arrival, parking and signing in, ready for a 7.30pm start.

🤠 Dance can help overcome emotional struggles and boost self-esteem and self-confidence while enhancing physical, cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and creative processes.

👢 👢 Researchers have found that dance can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
It can boost self-esteem, improve body image, and make you feel better overall.

Yes we are offering this for FREE however a contribution to overheads of £5 pp, will go a long way to making this activity sustainable.
