🤠 Dance can help overcome emotional struggles and boost self-esteem and self-confidence while enhancing physical, cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and creative processes.
👢 👢 Researchers have found that dance can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
It can boost self-esteem, improve body image, and make you feel better overall.
Please let us know your intention to join us via message or call 07771882822 just so we can keep a track on numbers. Gates open at 7pm for arrival, parking and signing in, ready for a 7.30pm start.
We provide this for FREE however a contribution to overheads of £5 pp, will go a long way to making this activity sustainable.
Refreshments also available, at a small charge.
All funds received will go back into supporting mental health & wellbeing activities.
