New exhibition coming together well.

We’ll be open from 3rd to 30th September 2023

Artists Jayne Britton, Linda Rawlings (Magickal Intentions) and Debbie McIntee (Soulful Creations) are exhibiting a collection of fused glass, alcohol ink and Angel paintings at The Community Centre, High Street, Lingfield, Surrey, RH7 6AB.

General open times are Monday to Thursday 9am to 2pm and Saturday 10am to 12 noon.

We'll also be holding three 'Meet the Artists' open events - on Sundays 3rd, 10th and 24th September (10am to 1pm) - when we'd love to welcome you for tea/coffee, chit chat and maybe a little exhibition shopping - we'll bring some smaller and lower cost items for these events: unframed artwork, greeting cards, some 'sale of seconds' glass, decorations and gifts.

Free Entry.

This year at our open events, you'll also be able to have a go at making your own fused glass art, there will be pre-bookable times and probably some drop in spaces for this too (the cost for this activity is £10).

Don't mind me here, just testing new website and how it posts... lovely little dish though

Daisy dish, raised white flower in a handmade transparent turquoise blue fused glass bowl. These little bowls measure approximately 6.5cm square. Great for keeping earrings, rings, small crystal tumblestones or other treasures and trinkets together. Each element is handmade and so each bowl may vary...

Last night a squirrel ran into the studio! I didn’t get a photo - we both panicked, I shrieked and she kept running.

This morning though a fox trotted through, glad the studio door was shut 😳

Each takes a tealight candle or can be used as a trinket bowl too.

A studio visitor that encourages me to take a break!

She sneaks into the studio when the door is open and terrifies me by eyeing up all the open boxes of glass pieces on the table, so obvs we have to have a chat outside instead.

New today ✨

Handmade fused glass yellow flowers candle vase with bees. Each side of this piece varies, with lots of lovely glass texture on the grass, flowers and bees.

The background is hand blended blue and green glass.

When lit with a tealight candle it has a lovely warming glow.

Stands at approx 10cm high by 9-14cm wide (narrowest and widest points).

Each one is individually designed and created - the one photographed is the one that you will receive.

Cutey new plant stake online today, brightening up the greenery on the kitchen windowsill.

Measures approximately 15cm high by 6cm wide at the top.

Great for adding extra colour and interest to plant pots, indoors or outdoors.

Each one is individually created and may vary a little from the photos but each one has three main flowers and a bee in the style shown.

New design online today…

Handmade fused glass curved panel with a two dragonflies in shades of sparkly iridescent blue glass. The dragonflies are flying over a pond with reeds at each side, on a clear glass background.

Stands independently, would look great on a windowsill with natural light behind or a shelf or mantelpiece lit naturally from the front.

Measures approximately 9cm high by 22cm wide.

Each one is individually made and unique, the one photographed is the one that you will receive.

So much loveliness going on at yesterday’s fused glass workshop. We made box frame pictures and light catchers, as well as a curve and trinket bowls.

All now in the kiln being eagerly awaited!

Lots of loveliness coming out of the kiln this morning - these are all from the fused glass curves and trinket bowls workshop on Tuesday evening.

They’re just cooling from their first firing so all still flat for now. In the next firing they’ll get all their lovely curviness.

Next workshop to make some of your own is this Sunday morning 5th March.
