Just little bonus for couple of friends over the Christmas period.. O and one for myself!! or should I say to share with the family.. double tier Pavlova with Fresh fruits and cream!!.. and of course dollop of Clotted cream on top.. well it's Christmas after all and I did have more than 1 of my 5 day!!..

Good evening.. well that's me where another very very busy year has past me by.. I would like to thank you all for your loyal support and letting me create your wonder Birthday & Celebration Cakes... so its time for me and a lovely Hot Chocolate to curl up in front of the Television!!
