These 6 red Naomi roses were leftover from our Christmas stock. They are still looking glorious 16 days on from when they arrived at our shop. The correct care of cut flowers really does prolong their vase life which is why all our flowers are delivered with cut flower food and appropriate care instructions. Obviously, it also makes a difference that we buy quality flowers. These beauties were grown by and supplied to us by . We’ll be stocking more of this gorgeousness to be included in our Valentine’s bouquets. Don’t miss out! 🌹

💀💀💀Why is deadheading plants important? It is important to remove the dead leaves from your houseplant, to enable the energy being channeled through photosynthesis to reach its living consumers. You can’t flog a dead horse, and if the plants energy is being directed to a dead leaf/part of the plant, its energy is being wasted by trying to resurrect the already dead leaf.

🥵🥵🥵Many houseplant varieties grow best with some level of humidity in your house, a level that is similar to what they would experience in their natural environment. If the air where you live is dry, lightly mist your plants with a spray bottle. Condensation that stays on leaves too long, though, can be harmful, which is why proper airflow is also crucial to maintaining healthy plants. Placing a fan near your houseplants to circulate air can blow away excess moisture and also prevent dust buildup on the leaves.
