Polite notice 💐 Unfortunately after this happening one too many times I am now asking customers to pay upfront when ordering flowers for delivery.

I have lost far too much money after having a trusting heart that people will pay me AFTER I have ordered and bought the flowers and made up their order. This also applies to customers who have asked me to put bouquets aside for them on my market and never turn up. By doing this it will prevent me from having to chase payments from customers for weeks/months which is cutting into my time!

It genuinely upsets me that I have to write this post but it is so detrimental to my business and if I continue to let this happen then I will no longer be able to carry on. Ey Up Petal isn’t my hobby it’s my job and my income, please respect that.

Thank you to all my customers who already pay me upfront and I’m so sorry that I’ve had to make this post and put this in place but I’ve been pushed to my limits 😔

Thank you so much for such a fabulous run up to Christmas, you all made me work my butt off and at times I didn’t think I’d survive it 😆 but I’m so unbelievably grateful and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Good evening all! Huge thank you to everyone that came to the Christmas markets yesterday 🎄✨ there were so many amazing businesses to support.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Robyn Williams at The Robyn’s Nest and Andrea Kirk for running my stall for me as I was away at a wedding. You both absolutely bossed it running two stalls at once and being amazing with customers, I seriously can’t thank you both enough!
My last stall at todmorden markets will be on Thursday 19th December but I will still be doing all my deliveries and collections up until Christmas Eve 🎄

Good morning! Feeling super festive today as I’ve finished setting up for tod Christmas market🎄
The last of the door wreaths are here today ready to be purchased. Once they’re gone they’re gone but plenty of floral Christmas creations to choose from 😁🎄✨
Now it’s time to leave my beautiful stall in the hands of The Robyn’s Nest Robyn and Andrea whilst I head over to a winter wedding in Nantwich 💒 I hope you all have a fabulous day and support all these amazing businesses who would be so grateful for your custom! 😊

Due to an influx of orders already I will be asking everyone to pre order their Christmas flowers if possible 💐 the last date to place an order will be Monday 16th December, if you order after this date I cannot guarantee I will be able to fit you in so please do try to order before this 😊
I will be on the market on Thursday 19th December too if you’d like to order to collect from there! 💐🎄 I will be offering flowers all the way up to 24th 😊

Fresh foliage with dried accents spring door wreath 🌿🌷 now available to order! All my wreaths are hand made by me, starting with a wire ring, wiring on a moss base to keep foliage wet, then carefully constructing a lush flow of fresh foliage and dried florals. Best part about it is it’s plastic free!! If you’re like me and not a fan of the plastic decor then this ones for you! 🌸 Image is of a 10” wire ring ( is slightly larger when foliage is added ) £30 12” also available for £40

Did you know tulips continue to grow after being cut? 🌷 Unlike other cut flowers, tulips continue to grow and it is not unusual for them to grow an inch or more per day! They do this as they are really responsive to sunlight, always trying to reach the brightest area in the room ☀️ If you notice that your tulips are nestled deep into your bouquet this is why! After a few days your tulips will be the same height as the rest of your blooms 💐

The past few days I’ve been busy. What once was a storage shed has now become my tiny studio! There is so much more to do like fitting the flooring, putting up shelving, the whole repaint of the outside and of course decorating! But I’m absolutely in love with how it’s turned out so far 🤩 I haven’t done all this on my own, my incredible dad has done all the handy work - building up the shed, making a work bench, fitting lighting and much more 🌷🌸 and not to forget my mum who has delt with me completely taking over her cellar the past few weeks😂 but also coming to the wholesalers with me at 5am 🌼 I’m so excited to see what these next few months bring! 🌸🌷
