East Preston & Kingston Village Hall

East Preston & Kingston Village Hall Our village halls have old world charm but with modern facilities. There are many organisations that use our halls for regular events and activities.

We host many types off events for all occasions, wedding receptions, christenings, parties, dances, coffee mornings, afternoon teas, craft fairs and exhibitions. There are two rooms for hire

•The Miller Barn – which is 62ft x 19ft – it is possible to seat 200 or 115 with tables

•The Warren Room – which is 46ft x 16ft – seating 140 or 70 with tables

The complex is accessible and has facilities

for disabled people and a hearing loop is available. There are 21 free parking spaces including a disabled bay. The halls have a public entertainment licence. The halls are centrally heated and have numerous power point locations there is also a fully equipped kitchen.

The Trustees of the East Preston and Kingston Village Hall would like to invite you to the 41st Annual General Meeting to be held at the Hall on Thursday 15th September 2022 at 10.00am. Minutes for the 40th AGM will be available in hard copy on the day or by request to: [email protected]. Copies will also be made available via the website a few days before the meeting.

Whether you are a newcomer to the village or a long standing resident please come along to share your views and experiences. If you have some free time please think about becoming a Trustee as we need more people to help spread the load and also to get fresh ideas to attract more people to choose the village hall for their club or event.
