1/2 - Salmon fishcake with garlic greens, lobster tail shavings, smoked Salmon, poached egg and a white wine cream velouté sauce

2/2 - Spanish Chicken consisting of marinated chicken thighs cooked over an open flame, smokey tomato sauce with fire roasted peppers and olives, pattas bravas, garlic mayo and prosciutto

We’ve spent the last few months purchasing vehicles, trailers, equipment, cases, tableware, decorations, coffee machines and a whole lot more.. all whilst working our commitments to other companies. But it’s nearly go time and we don’t plan to stop... Rock’n’Rogue is here to stay
