Hello to all my lovely followers 🥰

Unfortunately I’ve decided to hang up my Cheeki Monkeys hat 😢 As much as I’ve loved organising the events and helping people snaffle some great bargains or have a good clear out, I’ve been finding it increasingly more difficult to juggle my time between this, the kids and my part-time job.

Thank you to everyone that has supported and followed me over the last twelve months, not to mention the many stall holders and shoppers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I appreciate you all so much!

If any of you would be interested in taking over my position, or know someone who might be, please drop me a DM! It’s a great opportunity to earn a bit of extra cash, and you don’t need any previous marketing experience!

So it’s goodbye from Cheeki Monkeys Liverpool, but hopefully just for now…..

A massive thank you to some of my stall holders on Sunday who kindly donated some of their unsold items to Everton in the Community, a charity that helps families in extreme poverty.

Some of these items, including a car seat, base unit and baby bath, have already been passed on to a family in need, and it’s so lovely to know that we have been able to help.

✅The full venue address is The Belvedere Academy, 17 Belvidere Road, L8 3TF

✅Doors open at 1pm. If you like things a bit quieter you may want to come for the second hour.

✅Entry is £2 per adult (kids are free)

✅The market is being held in the sports hall, which is accessible to the right of the main entrance to the academy on Belvidere Road. Just follow the signage!

✅Don’t forget your cash / loose change

✅There’s parking on site, plus an abundance of parking right along Belvidere Road, and also outside Princes Park

I’ve had quite a few new followers recently so thought I’d introduce myself!

I’m Andrea and this is a picture of me with my own cheeky monkeys, Rosie (6) and Theo (3).

I joined the Cheeki Monkeys family after searching online for an outlet to sell my preloved baby stuff, without the faff of having to deal with delivery or battle the elements at an outdoor car boot sale.

I’m also passionate about recycling, especially amongst parents. Our little ones are constantly outgrowing their clothes and toys and it always feels like such a waste to see it all gathering dust in the loft. As the saying goes, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure!

Being a Cheeki Monkeys event organiser also enables me do my bit to help the community. We’re living in unprecedented times where the cost of living is at an all time high, and a lot of people can’t afford high street prices. Being a parent can be stressful enough as it is without worrying about how your going to be able to afford to keep up with your ever growing little humans. With a saving of up to 90% on high street prices at our markets, I love that I can help to take some of that stress and worry away.
