We're excited beyond belief. In just 12 hours time, we will be switching # on for 2024. Every penny raised is for come and join us tonight at 6pm

Where to find us! You will find us at -
7 Palmerston Drive, Hunts Cross, Liverpool, L25 9GD. You can get to us by car or public transport. Details below and on our website at http://liverpoolchristmaslightshow.co.uk/find-us/

Parking – We want as many people to see the show as possible. We ask you to please park on Arncliffe Road and any of the surrounding roads and walk to us. Please do not park on Palmerston Drive.

Buses – Various buses run close by within walking distance. They are the following –

3/3A Huyton to Halewood/Liverpool John Lennon Airport
75 – Liverpool One to Halewood
78 – Queen Square to Halewood
81/81A Bootle to Speke/Liverpool John Lennon Airport
89 – St Helens to Liverpool John Lennon Airport
217/217A – Kirkby to Halewood

If you are getting the 3/3A bus, the bus will stop at the end of the road on request as there are no designated bus stops on Arncliffe Road. For the other buses listed, there is an approximate 8-10 minute walk from the bus stops.

75, 78, 217/217A – You will need to get off at the stop at the end of Camberley Drive on Mackets Lane opposite/outside Holy Family Church.

Buses from Halewood – Use the crossing on Mackets Lane and go round the corner on to Camberley Drive. Just before you get to the row of shops, take the right turning on to Arncliffe Road. Follow the road round. You will see Arncliffe Court Care Home on your right with some houses after it. Take the next right turn on to Palmerston Drive. You will see the lights from the end of the road.

Buses to Halewood – When you get off the bus, turn left and walk back to the corner and turn right. Continue along the road until you come to the next road (Arncliffe Road). Turn right and follow the road round. You will see Arncliffe Court Care Home on your right with some houses after it. Take the next right turn on to Palmerston Drive. You will see the lights from the end of the road.

81/81A, 89 – You will need to get off at the stop for Greenacre Road.

Buses from Speke and Liverpool John Lennon Airport – When you have got off the bus, cross over the road and turn left to walk towards Greenacre Road. Turn right on to Greenacre Road and follow the road until you get to the end. You will then be on Mackets Lane. Cross over Mackets Lane and walk down Yew Tree Road. When you get to the end, cross over and turn to your left. Follow the road round to your right. When you get to the end of Yew Tree Road, you will have Arncliffe Road in front of you. Turn right and follow the road round. You will see Arncliffe Court Care Home on your right with some houses after it. Take the next right turn on to Palmerston Drive. You will see the lights from the end of the road.

Buses from Bootle and St Helens - When you get off the bus, turn left and walk back to the corner and turn right on to Greenacre Road and follow the road until you get to the end. You will then be on Mackets Lane. Cross over Mackets Lane and walk down Yew Tree Road. When you get to the end, cross over and turn to your left. Follow the road round to your right. When you get to the end of Yew Tree Road, you will have Arncliffe Road in front of you. Turn right and follow the road round. You will see Arncliffe Court Care Home on your right with some houses after it. Take the next right turn on to Palmerston Drive. You will see the lights from the end of the road.

Trains – The nearest train station is Hunts Cross. Trains run to and from Southport via Liverpool City Centre and also Manchester and beyond. It is approximately a 15 to 20 minute walk from the train station.

When you come out of the station, turn right and walk to the end of the road. Turn right on to Speke Road. Continue to the next corner where St Hilda’s church is and turn right on to Stuart Avenue. Follow the road to the end and you will then be on Mackets Lane. Cross over Mackets Lane to outside of the row of shops, turn left and walk to the end by the Barber Shop. You will now be on Yew Tree Road. Turn right and walk to the end and cross over Yew Tree Road. Turn left and continue along the road, at the bend you will need to keep right. When you get to the end of Yew Tree Road, you will have Arncliffe Road in front of you. Turn right and follow the road round. You will see Arncliffe Court Care Home on your right with some houses after it. Take the next right turn on to Palmerston Drive. You will see the lights from the end of the road.
