How to prepare your pumpkin 🎃
Picked this up from Aldi for £1.49 weighing about 3.3kg
Once the outside of the pumpkin 🎃 had been removed the weight was 2.2kg not including seeds which I will save for later.
It’s been a busy summer holiday for Bay Tree Cookery Academy
Over the last 5 weeks I’ve taught over 260 young people and adults, enabling my students with culinary skills to last a lifetime.
BBQ , Italian , Chinese, Thai, Indian, Mexican, English, Jam making.
Meals cooked and eaten or meals taken he to share with their families
Teamwork, food safety , kitchen safety , health, social interaction, sharing food together and most of all lots and lots of fun.
