Yesterday, we had the honour of being a part of the Alderhey Christmas light switch on, and wow, what an event it was!
Last year, we attended for the first time, and this year, we were so thankful to all the amazing hardworking team who invited us back to join the festivities 🎅🏼🎄
It wasn't just us who got the chance to celebrate the start of the holiday season with some incredibly brave and inspiring boys and girls
we were also joined by who always brings the energy with the hyper Stitch mascot! ✨️

I just felt I needed to come on and talk about what we want to do this weekend to support our Mini Madams community in the only way we know how .
This Saturday from 10.15 to 2.30 pm
And Sundaay from 2.15 to 5 pm
We will open for anyone to come and spend time with us .Everyone is welcome.
We will have arts and crafts stations like bracelet making and other activities.
It's going to be informal, and we will be led by what the children and families want to do .
A children's grieve counsellor is going to be with us running activities, and she will be available if anyone wants more support .
We want a safe , supportive space where children and families can come together. .
Community, kindness, and being their for each other is what will get us through .

For over 5 years they have dreamed of taking the best bits of their successful Urban Calm brand and making them accesible to youngesters . Nicola is a new mum to twins and Sharon is now a grandmother, so visiting child friendly venues has become part of their lifestyle . This made them realise there was gap in the market for a children’s spa, party and play venue, a place where mums could socialise , have a coffee & manicure with an area for toddlers to play and be safe.
