I have spent the whole day speaking about my move to all of my gorgeous couples who have booked with us for this year and next. I didn’t want anyone driving past my shop thinking I am no longer trading! Imagine the panic!! Georgi is off fulfilling her dreams by travelling with her lovely Jacob so moving now is the best decision for my small but mighty business. I’ve been emotional all day reading so many kind messages of support and good luck wishes.
What a lucky girl I am playing a small part in such a big day. I love what I do and will continue with passion, love and creativity making bouquets for so many of you.
A new chapter begins ### thank you all once again.

8 years ago today we opened our doors to our brand new shop. After being in our gorgeous little portacabin in Sefton Meadows for two years it was a huge and scary leap of faith. Thank you to everyone for your support in the past and to this day. Business is still strong because of you all 🥰

I built my little business from scratch. You stop thinking about that fact after a few years. All small business owners should feel majorly proud. We know how hard it is. It’s on your mind and in your heart 24 hours a day. It becomes everything about you. I’ve been employed and you don’t ‘feel’ it. (Well I didn’t!). I didn’t realise this until I became self employed. There’s no way to clearly explain the physical emotions you go through. I love my shop neighbours. You form a special bond because you all quietly know what it’s like being a woman, running a home, staying healthy, and having a family whilst being everything to your business, simply making a living for people you love. It’s not easy but it is? Doing something you love makes it easy. Wanting to make it perfect is the hard part.
Anyway! Hello to all my self employed friends. Think back to how it all began. You should be immensely proud. and so many more ###

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of our gorgeous brides who came in today. I had a gorgeous day spent with you all. Some collecting your orders which is such a huge help to us. Others coming for a first consultation (so exciting). And our couples coming in for final details of their orders so we can make a start creating your gorgeous flowers. This was a conversation between me and a bride coming from London to Liverpool to pick up her flowers from us and have her hen do while she is here. She wanted to be close to The Albert Dock! It still makes me giggle 😂😂😂

Sunday at last!!!
What a week!
Long busy days of creating bouquets, chatting to our gorgeous couples, clearing up, seeing to our shop front and window displays, paper work, ordering stock, answering messages late into the evening, creating content and running a house!
Am i complaining??
NO!!
I get to play a small part in someone’s big day!
I’m my own boss so not answerable to anyone but myself.
Weddings are joyous so how can I complain?
