Type of booking – Please specify whether your enquiry is for venue dressing, weddings, soft play, dance floors, gazebos, tables, chairs, or a combination of services.

Quantities required – Let us know the number of items or the size of setup you have in mind.
Event location – Provide the full address of your venue (or home address if applicable).

Theme and colour scheme – If you have a particular style, theme, or colour palette, please share this so we can tailor suggestions to your event.

Set-up and event timings – Confirm what time we can access the venue for set-up, along with the official start time of your event.

Important Notice – Check Access Requirements Before Booking
Thank you for choosing to hire our Mobile Soft Play Frame!

Please read the following carefully before placing your booking:

To ensure a smooth setup and avoid disappointment, it is essential that you check the access to your venue. The play frame requires clear, straight access and enough space to fit through all doorways, hallways, and entry points.

✅ Minimum Access Requirements:
Door width: [31 inches]
Door height: [72 inches]
A clear, straight run from the delivery vehicle to the setup area
No tight corners, narrow hallways, or obstructions

🚫 Please Note – We Are Unable To:
Lift equipment over walls or fences
Carry equipment upstairs due to size and weight
Navigate stairwells or narrow alleyways
Access areas that require sharp turns or restricted movement
If our team arrives and the equipment cannot fit through the access point, or access does not meet the above requirements, we will not be able to proceed with setup, and your booking will be cancelled, with no refund due to the time and costs already incurred.
