Quantities required – Let us know the number of items or the size of setup you have in mind.
Event location – Provide the full address of your venue (or home address if applicable).
Theme and colour scheme – If you have a particular style, theme, or colour palette, please share this so we can tailor suggestions to your event.
Set-up and event timings – Confirm what time we can access the venue for set-up, along with the official start time of your event.
Access details – If you are unsure whether our equipment will fit through your front door, side gate, or into your chosen space, please send us photos of the entry points and/or the area where items will be set up. This will be a great help to our team when planning your booking.
Providing the above information will allow us to check availability, prepare an accurate quotation, and respond to you much more quickly.
