Good morning all we have been asked a few times the past 2 weeks about lunch breaks and food breaks WE DO NOT INCLUDE THESE IN YOUR TIME when we perform you get the time you paid for eg 1.5 hours we do account 30 minutes for food break in the middle you get 45 minutes then another 45 minutes

Hi all HAPPY NEW YEAR

1st January is always a hard one for us as we usually look at finances and where we can continue the business so we sat long and hard this Christmas and discussed our policy of "your budget works for us" and well we came to a hard decision that may or may not work but till we try we won't know 2025 prices REMAIN AS THEY ARE we will have set prices for 1, 2, 3, 4 hour parties we will have set prices for light shows or fire shows (as additions no longer included) but we WILL REMAIN COMPETATOVE WORKING TO YOUR BUDGETS

And that is a direct promise from PAPPA MAGIC himself

What an amazing weekend Jess2val stilt walking and fire arts along side Peter Rowlands who didn't only assist but pulled out stops to make the show incredible 2 days of sunshine balloons and fire thank you all for the amazing time

What did you do on starwars day jaz.....well I made balloons for kids while being 9ft tall and then had a lightsaber duel with Peter Rowlands and it was epic!!!! Look forward to doing it all again tomorow

She accepted my late order she delivered it and saw the huge smile it caused

If there is ANYONE that deserved my thanks it's this company

A few had reached out and offered me a replacement but I had already ordered this I am eternally grateful for them all

I have never in my life been so disheartened and so disappointed in anything as I am today I tried to treat the mother of my kids to afternoon tea it was going to be epic surprise delivered the night before mothersday and everything

It started with pictures of the product I ordered great reviews bla black bla

Then no communication from them
when I finally got hold of them I was promised delivery early Sunday............almost 4pm before they delivered it

Ok ok chill things happen life gets in the way never mind the surprise is still there

Then it arrives ........I get looked at with sheer distance as the words get uttered ......have you seen the latest reviews of this......not thanks not oh babe that's so sweet no.......haven't even opened the box yet ......

I digress below is a picture of what I ordered paid a pretty sum for it wasn't cheap I must add this

And beside it is a picture of what I received now

When delivered I was told the boxes are a little to big as they couldn't get the original ones fab that explains the space however what it doesn't explain is WHAT THE F**K THEY GAVE ME stale inedible sandwiches clump of weird cream stale scone rock hard cakes it actually hurt genuinely I've never been so upset over something as I am this I can't express how it's made me feel the lump in my gut of just horror the one time I try to do something I'm actually asked and it gets s**t all over the company are called sweet sensations feel free to look them up but I would NEVER order from them again nor will I be recommending them
