What a Monday that was . Typical day in the life of a caterer . Love doing this job even though today there not the occasions we like doing the most . We now offer a bespoke menu service so if you would like to add certain things to our menus ie bacon ribs ( steamed not boiled so keep all there flavour ) or upgrade your cake selection to individual handmade cakes ( these are lovely by the way ) . Evening everyone. This year is our 21st year trading as a local family business & hopefully many more to come . Little explanation coming as to why our prices may be slightly higher than other caterers. We pay our taxes & vat ( go onto companies house & check us out ) . We put a lot of money back into the company ie refrigerated vans & trailers when required. We give back to the community ie food banks & supplied 1000s of meals for FREE through lockdown at our expense . So when you come on & say I can get it cheaper elsewhere don't take offence when I refuse to drop my prices . We have a very loyal customer base which is why we don't advertise much & hopefully these lovely people will share this post . Rant over sorry if I've upset anyone but needs to be said .
