Bobtown Beer Bash

Thanks to all those who came along to our Donation Presentation Evening on Saturday. It was a great mix of recipients, event and barrel sponsors, and staff volunteers.

We donated £10,500 from BBB2025 to local groups and charities, and provided drinks and a buffet supper. The evening included a short talk by each of the recipients, explaining about their group and how the money would help them.

It was a great opportunity for each of them to network with each other, and also with the people who had helped us at the event in July.

The organising team would like to thank everyone who came along to Bobtown Beer Bash on Saturday.

We are eternally grateful to the small army of volunteers who help us out each year, so whether you’ve been with us from the start or this was your first year - thank you so much. It’s easy to say, but we literally could not do it without you.

We’d like to thank Pete Earnshaw and the bands/singers for bringing us some amazing entertainment, you’re all stars in our eyes!

Also Buckles Butchers and Pure & Natural Cuisines for the delicious food throughout the day.

We’ve been busy today, the bar is set up and the barrels are tapped, the stage canopy is up and the glasses have all been washed. The wine and Prosecco is cooling and the new gin bar optics are ready. Two more sleeps till Bobtown Beer Bash 2025!! 🍻
