💚 Are you passionate about early childhood development and creating amazing moments for wee ones and their parents? Are you looking for a new challenge or a career change, perhaps after your maternity leave? If so, I may have an exciting opportunity for you!
💛 I am having a baby! And I’m looking for a vibrant and dedicated individual to take on a Class Leader role whilst I am on maternity leave. This will be starting from the beginning of May (with shadowing & assisting taking place from April).
👶 Baby Sensory is an award winning learning and development programme, founded by leading parenting expert Dr Lin Day, for babies from birth up to 13 months. Each lesson plan has been carefully researched to help support baby’s development in that all important first year and our classes are designed to engage and delight wee ones (and their parents!) through a variety of sensory activities.
🌟 As a Baby Sensory Class Leader, you will be confident, friendly and reliable, and will lead varied sessions including singing, signing, puppet shows and other activities. I am looking for someone who will let their personality shine through to create a warm and welcoming environment for parents and little ones, as they lead the classes.
💚 This is a part time, temporary position, with the potential to go permanent on my return.
💛 You will need to have a full, clean driving license and your own vehicle, in order to travel to the venue in Bathgate.
💚 Full training will be provided and a DBS check will be required for the right person.

As we begin our new term this week, there may be some of you with new babies who are still wondering whether or not to book (perhaps you're a bit nervous about venturing out with your wee one or worry that they are too young). It's totally natural to feel a bit anxious or nervous about joining a class, but it's my aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible! Our classes are just as much for you as they are for your baby.
They are a safe space for you to:
💚 learn about your baby's development
💛 discover new activities to try with your baby
💚 ask questions and share concerns
💛 chat to other parents with babies of a similar age
💚 gain reassurance if you're struggling
