Many thanks to Andrew Powell for hosting the Da Mhile tasting of Dark Skies Rum , Welsh Whisky , Seaweed Gin to name but a few of the range of spirits from their range to try . Plus the stunning cheese tower and tasters from Caws Teifi their Halloumi a huge hit on our stand marinated in black garlic ketchup with seared leeks and butternut squash .

Great crowd at the top tier wedding fair and our thanks go to the organisers, RWAS , our fellow exhibitors and of course our hard working staff . New Grazing Table proved popular addition to our menus .
