“Well!!!! I really really don’t know where to start!! To say that 540 people in Trearddur Bay were absolutely flabbergasted by the outstanding food that was served to them on Saturday night would be an understatement!! WOW, just WOW!!! Absolutely everything was beyond perfection!! How on earth you cook 530 fillet steaks all to be medium rare and hot and not dried out, I‘ll never know!! Everyone I have seen or received messages from have basically praised the food more than anything else. People have said it is the best Ball they’ve ever been to and I put that down to the fact that they were incredibly well fed. It really was just the best!! You have an amazing team who were so slick and professional and made it all look so effortless, and as for Hazel, well, what an utter superstar!!! She was so calm and looked after us workers so well!! Honestly Joanna, I can’t praise you and your team enough!! Thank you for making the Trearddur Bay Sailing Club ball the success that it was!!”
