We are deeply saddened to hear of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II passing.
Her Majesty the Queen will be remembered for her long-serving reign and dedicated service as a monarch to this country.
As we mourn and reflect on this tragic loss, we send our thoughts and prayers to the Royal Family at this sad time.
As a mark of respect, we will be closed on Monday 19th September for Her Majesty’s funeral.

A quick guide to correct kitchen cleaning.
Cleaning needs to be carried out in two stages. First use a degreaser product such as UBIK2000 (a food area safe fragrant free alkaline degreaser concentrate) to remove visible dirt from surfaces and equipment, then rinse with clean water to remove any chemical residue.
Stage two disinfect all food preparation area's using the correct dilution and contact time for a food area safe disinfectant this should be fragrance free and BSEN1276 compliant such as Trio100, if unsure check the label on the disinfectant product. Once the contact time is up, rinse with fresh clean water. If AX is used it does not need washing off as it evaporates on it own.
